By accessing or using the Shinelix HaulCraft website, services, training programs, and catalog located at shinelix.bond, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Services
Shinelix HaulCraft provides professional trucking education, simulator training, and equipment catalog access for licensed and aspiring drivers. Services include online courses, in-person sessions, vehicle rentals, and community events.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must maintain accurate account information, comply with all traffic laws during training, and complete required safety briefings. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must promptly report unauthorized access.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse our services, share login credentials, upload malicious content, or engage in unsafe driving practices on our grounds. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of fees paid.
5. Payments and Refunds
All course fees and catalog purchases are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice via email.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, training materials, and simulator software remain the exclusive property of Shinelix HaulCraft. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written consent.
